CPL Group awarded UK???s Best Workplaces?Ѣ recognition!

By Toby Belshaw

CPL Group has been recognised as one of the 290 UK’s Best Workplaces™ (2022) by Great Place to Work®, the global authority on workplace culture.

The Group is delighted to be named 40th on the list of UK's Best Medium Workplaces 2022.  The recognition is even more special because one of the core values within the CPL Group is to be a people orientated organisation that puts individuals at the heart of everything they do.

This latest achievement is in addition to previously awarded accrediations for ‘Great Place to Work’, ‘Best Workplace for Women’ and Best Workplace for Wellbeing’.  This latest achievement is another landmark in recognising CPL Group’s commitment to developing a fantastic workplace culture.

Managing Director of the CPL Group, Darren Lowe, said, “Being recognised for the commitment we have towards making CPL Group a great workplace is really special. Every employee of the CPL Group family contributes to maintaining the fantastic culture we have, so on behalf of the leadership team I would like to say well done to everyone.  We will continue to listen to our team and build on this success.”

“Even in times of agonising uncertainty, at Best Workplaces™ the shared mantra of ‘purpose over profit’ has stood firm,” said Benedict Gautrey, Managing Director of Great Place to Work® UK. “We’re incredibly proud to recognise the 290 companies on our list for their outstanding workplace cultures, and unwavering commitment to supporting employees so they can deliver the best strategic solutions to ever-changing business opportunities and challenges.”

Head of People Development at the CPL Group, Jane Davies, said, “Every person who is part of the CPL Group family, is extremely important to us and we want to continue to build on the fantastic culture we have to ensure we continue to develop our team members so they can become the best they can and add value to the continued success of the CPL Group.
