The CPL Group has signed up to the Menopause Workplace Pledge to take positive action to ensure all going through the menopause are supported at work.
In signing the Menopause Workplace Pledge, the Group is committing to:
Recognising the menopause can be an issue in the workplace and women need support.
Talking openly, positively and respectfully about the menopause.
Actively supporting and informing your employees affected by the menopause.
So far, more than 2,000 employers across the UK have signed the pledge.
If people affected by menopause feel supported at work, it can help increase staff retention, reduce recruitment costs, improve productivity, happiness and wellbeing and ensure a more diverse workforce.
Certified a Great Place to Work two years running, the CPL Group is committed to making the organisation a supportive and understanding place for employees going through the menopause.
As part of this, we recently started a new Women’s Group and found the menopause was one of the areas participants were interested in finding out more about and getting some moral support with.
