Forthcoming Tenders for Total Facilities Management and Waste Services Frameworks

We are pleased to inform you that we are underway with the preparation of the tender documents for two brand new frameworks: Total Facilities Management and Waste Services. Please see below for details of what each framework will include.

Total Facilities Management:

  • Building Cleaning Services
  • Mechanical, Electrical and Building Fabric Maintenance Services
  • Catering Services
  • Manned Guarding Services
  • Waste Management Services
  • Grounds Maintenance Services
  • Estates Management
  • Additional Services – Reception, Postal, Energy, Water

Waste Services:

  • Waste Removal and Recycling
  • Provision of Waste Containers
  • Provision of Skips
  • Provision of Recycling containers
  • Collection, recycling (where possible) and disposal of all kinds of waste including:
    • Hazardous
    • Paper
    • Sharps
    • Chemical
    • Furniture
    • Building/construction waste including Gypsum plaster
    • Specialist Waste
    • Glass
    • Plastics
    • Cans
    • Batteries
    • Electrical equipment (WEEE directive and non WEEE directive)
    • Oil and oil contaminated waste
    • Paint waste and cans
    • Food waste

We are hoping to advertise these opportunities during February and we will be asking you to let your incumbent suppliers about both opportunities once the documents are available to download. We are expecting to launch both frameworks in April.
