Free procurement training available from CPL Learning

CPL Learning are delighted to bring to CPC members an unprecedented offer of advanced training for procurement professionals, at zero cost.

The Public Procurement Law Conference is delivered in partnership with the White Paper Company and offers our CPC members free access to a series of informed discussions and advanced analysis.

The training will address tough legal questions concerning the current Public Contracts Regulations 2015, replied to by senior legal personnel with significant procurement and contract law expertise.

Designed for procurement professionals, CPL Learning will offer all registered attendees a useful ‘aide memoire’ detailing each question, with the core learning points from each session outlined.

This ensures members are informed from the outset what procurement issues will be covered.

A slide show of the conference presentation will be available to download by 15th November.

15th November is also the expiry date for access to the other training materials.

Although there are new Public Contracts Regulations before Parliament, the current regulations will remain the standard for all procurement activities in the United Kingdom, until the autumn of 2023.

As a value-add, CPL Learning will also provide web links to all referenced case law and procurement policy notes that are mentioned throughout the sessions, to be found in the training ‘aide memoire’.

To register for the training, which is allocated five CPD hours, click here and enter your details.

The CPL Learning team will then send an email across containing your individual login information for the White Paper Company website.
