Help us to help you – have your say in the 2016 CPC Customer Satisfaction Survey

By Lisa O'Shea

Here at CPC we want our members to be confident that they are receiving the best possible service from us. It is essential to us that your fundamental needs are met and exceeded by our framework agreements and support services. We have reviewed the results from last year’s survey and many of your needs and ideas have been implemented. Continuous improvement is at the heart of what we do, to enable this we need you to tell us how we are doing and what we could do differently.

Our latest Customer Satisfaction Survey is now launched and we hope that you take this opportunity to have your say and help us to deliver exactly what you need. Just follow the link below and tell us what you think, it should take no longer than a couple of minutes to complete.

Click here to complete the survey.

You will be asked at the end of the survey if you would like to enter the prize draw and one lucky winner will win a fantastic iPad Air for their efforts.

Your feedback is important to us and will help us to continue to be the consortium of choice for the education sector - this is an opportunity not to be missed!

If you have any queries relating to the survey please contact Lisa O’Shea at [email protected]

The survey will close at midnight on 31 May 2016.
