Introducing our new Grounds Maintenance framework

With spring around the corner, we would like to introduce our comprehensive new Crescent Purchasing Consortium (CPC) Grounds Maintenance Services framework.

This compliant procurement framework allows members to engage with competent, capable and committed suppliers for the delivery of your grounds maintenance service needs. Covering a wide array of the core services, it includes everything from grass cutting and turf laying to the application of pesticides, power washing and everything in between.

We recommend buyers should enter into a contract with one single supplier, capable of delivering their entire grounds maintenance services under one contract, to help create efficiencies in terms of time, quality and cost.

However, all suppliers on this framework are reactive and can service ad-hoc/one-off requests for services such as tree surveys, leaf clearance, snow removal and sports pitch marking.

As with any CPC purchasing framework, there are multiple benefits in using, including compliancy with Public Contract Regulations 2015 (which will continue to govern this agreement for its lifespan), ISO9001 and ISO14001 accreditations for all suppliers, pre-agreed terms and conditions and the inclusion of 14 regional lots that support SMEs.
