Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Services framework

Published

By Keeley Blackburn

No fewer than 25 suppliers, including 18 identifying as an SME, are to be part of CPC's Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Services framework.

We are pleased to announce the impending launch of this new and improved Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Services agreement, due on 1st March.

The new offering comprises 13 regional lots, plus a 14th 'national' lot, with the aformentioned total of 25 suppliers successful in gaining a framework place.

Oveseen by Keeley Blackburn, the agreement covers Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Response Maintenance on items of plant and equipment.

Mechanical and electrical assets are essential for the smooth operation of any building and they include heating, cooling, lighting, ventilation, power, water and gas systems and equipment that provide comfort, safety and efficiency for the occupants and users of buildings and facilities.

As equipment and machinery runs continuously, routine maintenance is key to prolonging asset performance.

It is important to keep assets in an optimal working window for as long as possible and this is achieved through regular services, checks, and inspections.

Members calling off from this framework agreement should be looking to enter a contract with a single supplier capable of delivering their entire Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Service requirements, inclusive of all associated trades.

As always, there will be a dedicated User Guide and further competition template to assist members with their use of this framework.

For further information and guidance, please contact Framework Manager, Keeley Blackburn via 0161 974 0964 or [email protected]
