Minor Works Survey – how do you procure Minor Works?

CPC are continually looking at ways to better serve the needs of our members and we have recently identified an opportunity to develop a route to market for Minor Works. Minor Works are small, relatively straight-forward construction related projects, typically less than £500,000 in value.

How do you currently procure Minor Works within your organisation?
