New CPC Provision for Employee Screening Services

An EU compliant framework for Employee Screening Services is now live on the CPC website. It is a proactive, best value, collaborative framework that can deliver your entire need for employee screening services. The framework went live on 06/11/2017. It will run for an initial 3 year period until 05/11/2020, and has an optional extension until 05/11/2021.

The framework is split into two lots which encompasses the following:

Lot 1: Disclosure and Barring Services

• Basic

• Standard

• Enhanced checks or equivalent

• List 99 checks

Lot 2: Employee Screen Services One-Stop-Shop

• All services defined under Lot 1

• Verification service checks

• Credit checks

• Right to work checks

• Identity verification

• Passport validation

• DVLA/Driving Licence checks

• Directorship checks

• Media/Social media checks

• International fraud/Sanction checks

• BS7858 check

• The Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) check

The framework has been let nationwide and has 5 suppliers split across the two lots as outlined in the table below;
