Dukefield Energy have announced a facility for customers to have easy access to their own energy management reports.
The web-based platform is delivered via Dukefield's partner Systemslink, the market-leading software specialists for monitoring utilities usage.
All customers can have access to the portal via the Dukefield Energy website once they have been set up with an account login.
The portal has many features, including charts for comparing usage over periods of time and the ability for users to view their organisation’s electricity usage breakdowns by building/site.
There is also a facility for targets to be set for energy consumption, which can help with managing expenditure and budget forecasts.
Dukefield piloted the system with a sample of customers before launching it fully and reported that feedback was very positive in terms of how intuitive the functionality of the portal is, while hearing the features, which can be individually tailored to meet each customer’s reporting requirements, were "really useful".
The option for organisations to have 24-hour access to their energy reports is becoming an increasingly valuable tool as the impact of rising energy costs is felt.
Dukefield are encouraging existing and new customers alike to register interest in having an account set up - contact them for access or for further information.
They are also offering a supporting Help Guide available to download and we will be running virtual training sessions, with registration links for these sessions to be sent to all customers once the dates have been confirmed.
Dukefield are constantly striving to improve their services and will continue to look at what other initiatives can be introduced to help them support customers.
