New Staff Absence Insurance Framework Now Live

Published

CPC are delighted to announce the launch of the first known OJEU tendered framework agreement for Staff Absence Insurance. The framework will enable members to procure absence insurance policies through a simple compliant process delivering significant savings through a further competition process. Some examples of the types of absences that can be covered are maternity leave, maternity related illness, bereavement leave, jury service, stress related illness, re-occurring illness & ill-health retirement. These and many other extensive covers are available and the benefit periods and values can differ dependent on the choice of cover you make.

CPC and partners Risk2Value are currently working with the framework providers to create a suite of template documentation enabling CPC members to purchase Staff Absence Insurance as succinctly as possible. The framework is split into two lots and our panel of brokers are experts in their field typically able to respond to member’s quotation requests within 48hrs.

Lot Providers
Lot 1 Staff Absence Insurance
  • Aon UK Ltd
  • Integro Insurance Brokers Ltd
  • Schools Advisory Service
  • The Education Broker
Lot 2 Budget Overspend Insurance
  • Schools Advisory Service

As ever CPC and Risk2Value will be able to offer advice and guidance to support you through the further competition process. We expect the framework to be available on the CPC website in the next few days well in advance of the contract start date of 1st September 2016. If you require any further information please contact CPC Contracting Supervisor, Gary Sadler or call on 0161 974 0940.
