Outsourced ICT Services – an opportunity to have input on CPC frameworks

Published

By Lisa O'Shea

We are currently in the process of undertaking pre-market engagement for a potential framework to cover on-site and remote Outsourced ICT services due to our recognition of this necessity. We are therefore, currently seeking members who may be looking to assist us with this process so that we can ensure any resulting framework successfully provides for our members’ current and potential needs.

We are hoping to find out what issues members are having or have had either throughout a procurement process, or from a contract resulting from such a process. We would appreciate any feedback on your experiences, should you be willing to offer them, so that we can ensure that suppliers understand the concerns of our member base and what will be expected of them should they be successful.

Additionally, if any member is willing to offer additional assistance (such as access to an ITT for such a provision (sensitive information should be redacted where appropriate)), this would be greatly appreciated. Any information offered to CPC will be used for the sole purpose of assisting us with this project and will only be shared with those members of CPC staff working on it.

We would be most grateful if members could please get in touch by no later than Monday 30th November 2020. We are interested in hearing from you if you have a current outsourced ICT provision within your institution, if you are looking to - or are about to - appoint an outsourced ICT provider, or if you have previously gone out to tender for such a provision, and subsequently have not awarded for whatever reason.

Please direct your queries, concerns or feedback to Procurement Officer Lisa O’Shea on [email protected] or 0161 974 0947
