Quote Tool Changes

We have recently made a few minor changes across the CPC Quote Tool. The look of the CPC Quote Tool index page has slightly changed which we hope will make it easier for you to use.

You will now see that we list 3 steps at the top of the page: to award a new quote, to view your archive of quotes and to view the new video, which we have made to demonstrate the Quote Tool and it’s features. We expect that new and infrequent users of the Quote Tool will find the video particularly useful but even experienced users might get something from it.

We have also added a short survey to the website which is shown once a quote is awarded via the website. Completing the survey is completely optional and we will not publish anything from the survey that could identify the individual or organisation without prior approval. It would really help us to improve our services for you if we get the feedback each time an award is made. Awarding a quote is still as simple as choosing the winning supplier and if possible, entering the award value which then notifies all relevant suppliers of your decision.
