Re-tender of the Corporate Software Framework

The re-tender of our Corporate Software framework is now live on our tendering system for suppliers to bid for.

The tender documents are now available for suppliers to download via MultiQuote. The tender is being carried out using the Open Procedure and has been split into 5 lots with a maximum of 6 suppliers per lot as detailed below:

  • Lot 1: Financial Management Software

  • Lot 2: Human Resource Management System Software

  • Lot 3: Payroll System Software

  • Lot 4: Academy Learner Management Information System Software

  • Lot 5: FE College Learner Management Information System Software

It would be appreciated if you could inform your incumbent and/or any other suppliers you may work with who may be interested in tendering and ask them to register on MultiQuote. Once registered, they will be able to express an interest in bidding for the tender and download the tender documents. Tender returns are due back by 12pm on Wednesday 31st January 2018. We expect the new framework to be launched on the 1st March 2018. The new framework will run for an initial period of three years with the option to extend for a further one year period.
