CPC would like to inform members that the Sustainable Fleet Solutions Framework (VEH3137NW) has been extended from its current end date of 30 September 2026 to 31 December 2026.
The extension has been agreed and confirmed by all framework suppliers and has been implemented to allow sufficient time for the forthcoming re-tender process to be completed. This ensures continuity of provision and enables members to continue accessing the framework without interruption while the new procurement exercise is undertaken.
There will be no changes to the current framework arrangements during the extension period, and members can continue to use the framework as normal until 31 December 2026.
We apologise for not communicating this update sooner; the extension has only recently been finalised and agreed with all suppliers.
Further information regarding the re-tender process and future framework arrangements will be communicated to members in due course.
