By CPC Helpdesk

CPC Building Materials, Tools & Hardware framework suppliers, Screwfix have alerted us to the following member/account issue, in wake of their recent move to the credit.trade.co.uk platform.

Over 200 CPC members are yet to register on the platform and have outstanding invoices to pay, meaning their accounts have subsequently been put on hold. Further instructions have been provided below with the steps to take to register on the portal:

  • You should by now have received an email and/or letter containing the registration code you need to register online at https://www.credit.trade.co.uk

  • You’ll also need to confirm your credit limit to complete the registration. This can be found on your latest statement. Please ensure you enter it as it appears, including the £ symbol and any commas without the pence (e.g. £10,000).

  • During the registration, you will need to confirm the details and validate the email address your password will be sent to. Please ensure you check and amend any incorrect details to avoid issues.

If you have already registered and are experiencing issues logging into your new online account, you can reset the password at https://www.credit.trade.co.uk/Secure/ForgottenDetails.aspx

The email containing your password reset link will come from [email protected]

You may need to add this to your safe sender list to ensure successful receipt.

Invoices and statements

To improve the security of your account information, all your statements and invoices are now accessible to you through the account portal. You will also receive an e-mail notification with a link to the account portal when your invoices and statements are ready to view. Should you require invoices to be sent via PDF, please advise [email protected]

To access and download your account transactions, select ‘Statements and Invoices > View Statement/Invoices’ from the menu. Invoices for the current month are shown under the ‘View Recent Invoices’ option.
