Crescent Learning

If CPC is procurement for education, then Crescent Learning is education for procurement.

What is Crescent Learning?

At Crescent Purchasing Consortium (CPC) we are passionate about giving as much procurement support and guidance to our members as we can. We needed to give the resources a home so we created the Crescent Learning brand to head up our procurement support and training resources.

All resources are hosted or accessible through the Crescent Learning website.

Who's it for?

Crescent Learning is openly available to all CPC members. We want to make sure that support and guidance is available to everybody that has some responsibility for procurement within our membership. Whether you are new to our procurement community or a seasoned practitioner, you will find something to help you in your role.

What’s available on the Crescent Learning Website?

The Crescent Learning website gives you access to a range of procurement resources, all geared to helping you to be the best you can be at procurement.

  • Department for Education (DfE) – access to DfE procurement resources aimed at schools and academies.
  • Introduction to Procurement Training Videos – designed in conjunction with students at Trafford College to introduce the concept of procurement, provide information on what help is available and to explain the procurement legislation that applies to public sector purchasing.
  • Coming soon, you will have access to a range of procurement training courses funded by the CPC.
