The UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™ list for 2025 has been launched by workplace culture authority Great Place To Work® UK and we are delighted it again recognises Crescent Purchasing Consortium (CPC) within its Medium category.

This becomes CPC’s fourth accreditation from Great Place To Work® in 2025, following...

CPC’s position on this coveted list is thanks to our employees, as it is driven by the annual Great Place To Work® employee engagement survey. This survey measures the extent to which everyone across CPC feels about the culture of wellbeing we have developed and how that has helped to make us a great workplace for all.

A validation of our efforts to support and maintain staff wellbeing, CPC placed 50th among medium-sized companies.

The UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™ rankings include organisations who have succeeded in helping their employees experience high levels of wellbeing in the workplace. To compile, GPTW's culture experts analysed thousands of employee surveys, assessing holistic experiences of wellbeing at work through fundamental facets of employee wellbeing, including work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction and financial security. Evaluations additionally included assessment of how well an organisation was able to deliver consistency of employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.

Benedict Gautrey, Managing Director of Great Place To Work® UK, commented: "A thriving workplace culture is rooted in trust, pride, camaraderie and a genuine commitment to employee wellbeing. As we mark the fourth year of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™, we’re proud to celebrate organisations that go above and beyond to support their people’s mental, physical, financial and social health. When employees feel truly valued and supported, they’re not only healthier - they’re more energised, motivated and aligned with their organisation’s goals. Congratulations to CPC on earning a well-deserved place on this prestigious list". Find the full rundown of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™ 2025 here.

Darren Lowe, Managing Director of Crescent Purchasing Consortium, said: "Everyone at CPC is very proud that we have ranked as a UK’s Best Workplace for Wellbeing™ for another year and it’s another fantastic accolade for our organisation in 2025. We have several initiatives at CPC to help support colleagues with their mental, physical, financial and social wellbeing and I’m delighted that this has been recognised by Great Place To Work®! This incredible honour is all thanks to our amazing team, whose anonymous survey responses made it happen. Having colleagues who feel valued and supported helps CPC to continue to move towards our vision to be the procurement partner of choice for the education sector and beyond.”
