We are rapidly approaching the sixth-month checkpoint since Procurement Act 2023 became law for public procurements in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. With this in mind, CPC is pleased to signpost a new batch of high-quality Learning & Development opportunities surrounding the Procurement Act, as delivered by one of our own.
On Tuesday 19th August and Thursday 21st August respectively, CPC's resident Learning & Development Lead, Mark Pearson, will spearhead two more Communities of Practice (CoP) webinars, as presented under the auspices of the UK's Cabinet Office.
Free to attend, both 'Procurement Act 2023: A Guide and Show & Tell to a Successful Define Stage' sessions kick off at 10am, with attendees able to expect hints and tips, experience and examples, helping you approach the new regime with confidence.
With our experienced and qualified Procurement Act practitioner having already delivered two Communities of Practice webinars for the Cabinet Office in June, we are delighted to share the following feedback, from one of its 500 attendees:
Mark is extremely knowledgeable, clear and his advice was practical and easy to apply.
A brilliant session - easy to follow, what the community would like to see (and) directly relevant to my role
The upcoming August sessions will provide question and answer opportunities, as well as key topics and myth debunking.
Joining Mark for these next discussions will be James Aldred, Procurement Manager for CPC members St. Helens College.
To be part of the upcoming events and reap the benefits of their expertise and advice, we encourage you to register:
