The Procurement Act 2023 heralds a once in a generation shift in focus for public sector third party spend. CPC is preparing itself for go-live at the end of October 2024 and supporting our members to be equally prepared.
In the first of a series of member briefings, we are highlighting the key changes and prompting our members to start their own journeys towards Procurement Act compliance.

As part of our work surrounding the Procurement Act, CPC has developed a new, dedicated Procurement Portal on the CPC website to help members navigate the changes - and we also have introduced a dedicated Learning & Development Lead in Mark Pearson, who is available to help answer any question or queries.
In the coming months, we will be updating this portal, so make sure to bookmark it and we will post any relevant updates within that section as we approach the scheduled go-live date of 28th October 2024.
