Description

This TUCO framework covers the supply and distribution of a wide range of fresh meat and poultry to the higher education and further education sectors. It includes but is not limited to the following products:

  • Fresh butchered meats: joints, fillets, carcasses and whole animals for catering courses
  • Game, poultry, processed meats, cooked meats, pies, pâtés, stuffing and specialty eggs
  • Halal, Kosher, Red Tractor and Organic meat
  • Sundries (butchers string and nets)
