Description

The Framework will provide fully compliant, flexible and streamlined access to pre-qualified construction partners for the delivery of capital works projects across the education and wider public sectors throughout the UK. It will support a broad range of new-build construction and refurbishment schemes from schools, colleges and universities to healthcare and civic infrastructure using a variety of standard forms of contract (including JCT and NEC) to suit employer preference. The Framework is designed to reduce procurement burden at call-off, enable regional and project specific delivery through a lotting structure, and ensure alignment with the Procurement Act 2023, National Procurement Policy Statement (NPPS), the Construction Playbook and Gold Standard principles. 

The Framework has a total of 45 lots.

The Framework is split into 5 regional lots as follows: -

  1. Lot 1 – England (North)
  2. Lot 2 – England (Midlands)
  3. Lot 3 – England (South)
  4. Lot 4 – Wales
  5. Lot 5 – Scotland


Each regional lot will be sub-lotted per contract form (9 in total) as follows: -

 a. JCT Minor Works Building Contract (MW)

b. CT Intermediate Building Contract (IC)

c. CT Design and Build Contract (D&B)

d. JCT Design & Build (D&B) with Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA)

e. NEC4 Engineering and Construction Short Contract

f. NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract

g. NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract with NEC4 Professional Services Contract (the latter acting as a PCSA)

h. NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract with D&B

i. National Federation of Demolition Contractors Direct Form of Contract

A full compliance pack will be available to all customers and is designed to assist those customers seeking assurance for internal governance purposes or those in receipt of grant funding who will need to demonstrate full compliance with procurement regulations to the funding body

It is a requirement under Procurement Act 2023 that relevant notices are published to the Find a Tender Service and MultiQuote can only publish your notices if you have added your API Key.
