This Framework Agreement for the supply and delivery of Graduation and Ceremonial Gowns, Photography and Event Services.
The purpose of this Framework Agreement is to deliver an efficient and compliant route to market for participating public bodies, by minimising the resource and providing value for money. The agreement is divided in 3 Lots:

The framework offers drivers for value for money by enabling mini-competition
- How to Use

To call off from this Framework you must run a mini competition.
However, should a member have a need to direct award based on mitigating factors such as lack of time to run a competition, that Member must do a due diligence exercise to mitigate risk of challenge.
Please note, Direct Award on ranked suppliers is not available on this Framework. No suppliers have been ranked in the original Framework tender process
