Lifts Consultancy, Maintenance, Refurbishment and Installation Services

The purpose of this framework agreement is to deliver an efficient and compliant route to market for participating public bodies, by minimising the resource and providing value for money.

This agreement covers the procurement of Lift Services and Maintenance, Lift Installation & Modernisation and Lift Consultancy and is split into 3 lots with Lot 1 covering 6 regions:

The Framework is split into 8 lots per the Contract Notice

Lot 1A – Lift Service and Maintenance North East and Yorkshire 

Lot 1B - Lift Service and Maintenance North West and NI 

Lot 1C - Lift Service and Maintenance East of England 

Lot 1D - Lift Service and Maintenance South West 

Lot 1E - Lift Service and Maintenance South East & London

Lot 1F - Lift Service and Maintenance Wales 

Lot 2 – Installation & Modernisation 

Lot 3 – Lift Consultancy 

• Compliance to Health and Safety legislation

 • Provision to manage sustainable impacts via the Net Positives supplier action tool.

 • Awarded to regional and SME

 • Flexible call-off options

 • Direct control of contract management and reviews at consortia level.

 • Confirmed acceptance by awarded suppliers for use of JCT or NEC if requested

 • Some suppliers provide minimum commitment levels of qualifications

Call off methods, always at the institution's discretion, include:

•             Direct award by cascade according to ranked framework award or by rotation. 

•             Direct award via business case

•             Further competition (by desktop exercise or mini tender).

Important Procurement Act 2023 requirement

It is very important for CPC members to register on the new Find a Tender Service to create your organisation’s unique procurement identifier, known as an API Key. You then need to add the API Key to your profile on our MultiQuote eSender portal to run compliant mini competitions for our frameworks. It is a requirement under Procurement Act 2023 that relevant notices are published to the Find a Tender Service and MultiQuote can only publish your notices if you have added your API Key.
