Description
The purpose of this framework agreement is to provides for the option for members to meet their occupational health (OHS), employee assistance (EAP), and student support services through digital apps. OHS and EAP services can be used to support both employees and students (SAP). You will be able to meet your requirements through one or many lots, or separate call-offs for employees or students.

This framework refers to student OHS, student EAP (SAP), and student wellbeing throughout but is designed to be used for employees or student requirements together, or separately.

How to Use

Due to the bespoke nature of OHS and EAP service provision (Lots 1-6) call-off from this framework agreement is by mini competition only. This will allow members to define their service requirements and for suppliers within the lot to improve on pricing accordingly. Call-off from this framework agreement is by means of running a competitive further-competition (all lots) or ranked/desktop exercise (Lot 7 only).
