CPC’s Software Licenses & Associated Services for Academies and Schools Framework Agreement is for the supply and services for software. The framework is specifically aimed at academies and school requirements. 

For college member requirements, there is the Software Licence Resellers Agreement for Colleges Framework Agreement This Software Licenses & Associated Services for Academies and Schools Framework Agreement cover the following: Lot 1 – Microsoft Lot 2 – Adobe Lot 3 – Google for Education and Chrome OS Lot 4 –Data Security, Backup and Recovery (excluding Microsoft, Adobe, Google and Chrome Software) Lot 5 - Other Off The Shelf Software including Educational Software Lot 6 – Multi-Purpose Lot (For Lots 1-5)  

Further details of the scope of each lot can be found in the User Guide.  It should be noted Lot 6 can be used if your requirement covers three or more lots from lots 1 -5. However, you may use the relevant individual lots if you prefer to split your requirement.

How to Use

You have three options when using this framework agreement that comply with UK Public Contract Regulations:

  1. Conduct a Full Further-competition exercise utilising the Further Competition Document template and step-by-step guide provided within the User Guide 
  2. Conduct a Further-competition exercise utilising the Further Competition Calculator and step-by-step guide is provided within the User Guide 
  3. Direct award – please use the Direct Award tool that is available on the framework page

Important Procurement Act 2023 requirement

It is very important for CPC members to register on the new Find a Tender Service to create your organisation’s unique procurement identifier, known as an API Key. You then need to add the API Key to your profile on our MultiQuote eSender portal to run compliant mini competitions for our frameworks. It is a requirement under Procurement Act 2023 that relevant notices are published to the Find a Tender Service and MultiQuote can only publish your notices if you have added your API Key.
