Vending Machine Services, Concepts & Innovation DPS

This is a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) agreement.

The scope of this DPS agreement is to provide TUCO members with a variety of vending machine services and concepts. The lot breakdown is as follows:

• Lot 1: Fully Managed Services (fully managed vending machine services including filling, cleaning, servicing and maintenance, cash collection)
• Lot 2: Ambient Confectionery Snacks & Cold Beverages (the supply and service of vending machine confectionery snacks and cold beverages)
• Lot 3: Food including Sandwiches Chilled (the supply and service of various foods such as sandwiches and pastries in vending machines, including hot and cold food innovative concepts)
• Lot 4: Beverages, Hot Drinks (the supply and service of hot beverages in vending machines)
• Lot 5: Self-Fill Machines Only (the purchase, lease or rental of vending machines which members will fill themselves)
• Lot 6: Reverse Vending Machines (automated machines which utilise advanced technology to identify, sort, collect, and process used beverage containers)
• Lot 7: Vending Machine Concepts & Innovation (the provision of innovative concepts for vending machines which do not fit into the scope of lots 1-5)

Members must complete Stage 2 of the process to award individual contracts through the DPS. As the tender was carried out as a DPS, there are no pricing schedule as pricing is to be determined at the call-off / 2nd stage.

Please note: Under the transitional arrangements between PCR2015 and PA23, all Dynamic Purchasing Systems must end by 23rd February 2029.

Call-off from a DPS is through mini-competition only. Please see the User Guide for more information.

Important Procurement Act 2023 requirement

It is very important for CPC members to register on the new Find a Tender Service to create your organisation’s unique procurement identifier, known as an API Key. You then need to add the API Key to your profile on our MultiQuote eSender portal to run compliant mini competitions for our frameworks. It is a requirement under Procurement Act 2023 that relevant notices are published to the Find a Tender Service and MultiQuote can only publish your notices if you have added your API Key.
