The TUCO Design & Installation for the Customer Experience (Catering & Social Spaces) framework agreement has been awarded to 10 suppliers over 2 lots. The scope of each lot is as follows:
- Lot 1: Customer Design Experience - specialist suppliers with expertise in designing catering and interactive social spaces, which may include menu design, staff uniform, crockery, sustainability, brand, etc. Conceptualising innovative design solutions to enhance the ambience of the area/s and create an increase in footfall and spend.
- Lot 2: Kitchen and Counter Design, Manufacture and Installation - the provision of design layouts for kitchen and counter areas. Services utilise suppliers' own in-house specialist design layout, in-house or sub-contracted fabrication, and/or the ability to supply and install specified equipment or install client supplied equipment to industry standards.
