CPC’s Software Licenses & Associated Services for Academies and Schools Framework Agreement is for the supply and services for software. The framework is specifically aimed at academies and school requirements.
For college member requirements, there is the Software Licence Resellers Agreement for Colleges Framework Agreement and to compliment these agreements there is also a framework agreement available for Corporate Software.
This Software Licenses & Associated Services for Academies and Schools Framework Agreement covers the following:
Lot 1 – Microsoft
Lot 2 – Adobe
Lot 3 – Google for Education and Chrome OS
Lot 4 –Data Security, Backup and Recovery (excluding Microsoft, Adobe, Google and Chrome Software)
Lot 5 - Other Off The Shelf Software including Educational Software
Lot 6 – Multi-Purpose Lot (For Lots 1-5) - this lot can be used if your requirement covers two or more lots
Further details of the scope of each lot can be found in the User Guide. It should be noted Lot 6 can be used if your requirement covers two or more lots from lots 1 -5. However, you may use the relevant individual lots if you prefer to split your requirement.

You have three options when using this framework agreement that comply with UK Public Contract Regulations:
1. Conduct a Full Further-competition exercise utilising the Further Competition Document template and step-by-step guide provided within the User Guide.
2. Conduct a Further-competition exercise utilising the Further Competition Calculator and Further Competition Document template for use with the calculator and step-by-step guide provided within the User Guide.
3. Direct award – please use the Direct Award Agreement document when a direct award is issued through the framework.
