If staff absence or sickness is increasing your costs towards temporary staffing, it may be time to consider taking out an absence protection policy to give you budget certainty. CPC’s Staff Absence Protection and Reimbursement framework allows members to acquire cover for pre-existing medical conditions, ongoing, and future absences for a broad range of causes. Providers may also be able to offer rehabilitation and wellbeing support services as part of their cover to help your staff return to – or stay in – work.
