hen I review our non-pay expenditure budget it is really apparent the savings, across a number of contracts, that have been achieved. Hopwood Hall College wouldn't have the capacity or the expertise to have realised savings at this level, as timely or as professionally. I am really pleased with the partnership that we have working with Tenet (now known as CPC) and the advice, expertise, and negotiating skills that Tenet (now known as CPC) deliver as part of the managed procurement service.
