Mini-Competition - Member institutions using this route must invite all suppliers on the lot which they are looking to use to their competition. Institutions should allow suppliers a minimum of 2 weeks to respond to their request based on the complexity of the requirements.

Direct Award - Where an institutions requirement is urgent or lower value, they may choose to make use of this approach.
