- How to Use
-
Mini-Competition - Member institutions using this route must invite all suppliers on the lot which they are looking to use to their competition. Institutions should allow suppliers a minimum of 2 weeks to respond to their request based on the complexity of the requirements.
Direct Award - Where an institutions requirement is urgent or lower value, they may choose to make use of this approach. This framework has been ranked, so the top scoring supplier should be approached first, and if they are incapable of supplying, the second should be approached, then the third etc.
