This agreement delivers an efficient and compliant route to market for software licenses for colleges.
It provides value for money across the following products and services; Microsoft and associated services, Adobe software specific to ETLA Agreements, Adobe software specific for VIP/CLP Agreements, VMWare including all VMware software and licenses. miscellaneous software and license procurement including IT security software and support, software services including software asset management, software procurement, software auditing services and professional services.

It was awarded on 1st December 2016 and runs to 31st January 2021.
CPC typically recommends that members undertake a further competition considering your own particular requirements. This agreement gives members three options to acquire your preferred products and services and to ultimately appoint a supplier:

Should you wish to call-off from this framework agreement you can do this by means of ranking, further-competition or a combination of ranking and further-competition. Assess your requirement against the lots available to determine the correct lot to use then place a call-off contract from the framework agreement.
Member institutions of SUPC need to complete an ‘Access Agreement’ available in Appendix G) in the first instance and send to the CPC Contract Manager. Please be advised only SUPC members are required to complete an ’Access Agreement’, CPC members do not need to complete this document in order to use the framework.
