CPC’s ICT framework is for the supply and delivery of ICT hardware, peripherals and support services. You can get quotes from trusted suppliers across a complete range of new IT equipment and accessories from each of the five dedicated lots. Refurbished and remanufactured equipment is also available. Orders via the framework benefit from free standard delivery.
An overview of the equipment and services available to buy is detailed under each lot – the lists are not exhaustive.
Lot 1 – Desktop PC Solutions
Desktop computers including monitors, keyboards and mice (wired and wireless). Thin clients, high performance and gaming desktops. Bespoke equipment and new technologies providing a desktop solution. Accessories and cables, imaging services, maintenance services and other relevant services including asset tagging, training and support.
Lot 2 – Portable Device Solutions
Laptops, notebooks, netbooks including Chromebooks, tablets, PDA’s, mobile internet devices (excluding mobile phones), charging carts, docking stations, storage trolleys and other related products. Bespoke equipment and new technologies for portable device solutions. Accessories and cables, imaging services, maintenance services and other relevant services including asset tagging, training and support.
Lot 3 – Peripherals
Printers, scanners, monitors, keyboards and mice (wired and wireless). Virtual reality equipment, thin clients and gaming equipment. Headphones, earphones, external hard drives, charging carts, docking stations, memory upgrades, speakers, spares, cables and components. Accessories including locks and brackets, carry cases, memory sticks, telephone handsets (not complete systems). New technologies for peripherals, imaging services, maintenance services and other relevant services including asset tagging, training and support.
Lot 4 – Apple Solutions
A range of Apple Solutions including desktops (iMac), keyboards and mice (wired and wireless). Laptops (MacBook’s), screens, thin clients, tablets (iPads), charging carts, docking stations, accessories and cables. New Apple technologies, maintenance services and other relevant services including asset tagging, Mobile Device Management, training and support.
Lot 5 – Multi-Purpose Lot
This is a multi-purpose lot covering the products and services featured in lots 1, 2 and 3. You can use this lot if you need to order from two or more lots. You may use the relevant individual lots if you prefer.
The Department for Education (DfE) recommend this framework to Schools and Academies.

There are still issues with stock availability for ICT equipment, so CPC recommend that members engage with suppliers early. Planning your requirements now for the rest of 2022 will ensure the best chances of sourcing your IT requirements.

CPC’s ICT Hardware and Peripherals Equipment framework has the option of both Direct Award and Further Competition available for members. We have recorded two short videos demonstrating how to use a desktop calculator for both of these tendering options to help you save time in awarding your contracts.
Hopwood Hall College used both CPC’s ICT Hardware and Peripherals Equipment framework and ICT Solutions and Supply of Network Infrastructure framework to supply 1000 pieces of equipment to support remote learning.
The Department for Education has approved the CPC ICT Hardware and Peripherals Equipment agreement and it is recommended on the ‘Find a DfE approved framework for your school’ website.
