LOT 1 – Desktop PC Solutions
This Lot is for the provision of goods and services including but not limited to supply, and supply and installation for desktop computers (Tower, Small Form Micro and All In One), including monitors, keyboards, and mice, including both wired and wireless, thin clients, high performance and gaming desktops, refurbished equipment and remanufactured equipment, bespoke equipment, new technologies providing a desktop solution, accessories and cables, imaging services, maintenance services, other relevant services including asset tagging and training & support for all solutions.
LOT 2 – Portable Devices Solution
This Lot is for the provision of goods and services including but not limited to supply, of laptops, notebooks, netbooks including Chromebooks, tablets, PDA’s, mobile internet devices (excluding mobile phones), charging carts, docking stations and storage trolleys, and other related products, refurbished equipment, and remanufactured equipment, bespoke equipment, new technologies for portable device solutions, accessories and cables, imaging services, maintenance services, other relevant services including asset tagging, and training & support for all solutions.
LOT 3 – Peripherals
This Lot is for the provision of goods and services including but not limited to supply, and supply and installation for printers, scanners, monitors, keyboards and mice, including both wired and wireless, virtual reality equipment, thin clients, gaming equipment, refurbished equipment, and remanufactured equipment, headphones, earphones, external hard drives, charging carts, docking stations, memory upgrades, speakers, spares, cables, components & accessories including locks and brackets, carry cases, memory sticks, telephone handsets (not complete systems) and other related products, new technologies for peripherals, imaging services, maintenance services, other relevant services including asset tagging, and training & support.
LOT 4 – Apple Solutions
This Lot is for the provision of goods and services including but not limited to supply, and supply and installation for a range of Apple Solutions including desktops (iMac), keyboards and mice including both wired and wireless, laptops (MacBook’s), screens, thin clients, tablets (iPads), charging carts, docking stations, accessories and cables, refurbished equipment, and remanufactured equipment, new Apple technologies, maintenance services, other relevant services including asset tagging, Mobile Device Management and training & support for all solutions.
LOT 5 – Multi-Purpose Lot
This Lot is for the provision of goods and service including but not limited to supply and supply and installation of all products and services in Lots 1 – 3. Desktop computers (Tower, Small Form Micro and All In One), including monitors, keyboards, and mice, including both wired and wireless, thin clients, high performance and gaming desktops, printers, scanners, virtual reality equipment, laptops, notebooks, netbooks including Chromebooks, tablets, PDA’s, mobile internet devices (excluding mobile phones), charging carts, docking stations and storage trolleys, and other related products, headphones, earphones, external hard drives, charging carts, docking stations, memory upgrades, speakers, spares, cables, components & accessories including locks and brackets, carry cases, memory sticks, telephone handsets (not complete systems) and other related products, refurbished equipment, and remanufactured equipment, bespoke equipment, new technologies, imaging services, maintenance services, other relevant services including asset tagging and training & support for all solutions.
It was awarded on 1st July 2020 and runs to 30th June 2022 with a possible extension to 30th June 2024.
The Department for Education (DfE) recommend this framework to Schools and Academies.

Hopwood Hall College used both CPC’s ICT Hardware and Peripherals Equipment framework and ICT Solutions and Supply of Network Infrastructure framework to supply 1000 pieces of equipment to support remote learning.
The Department for Education has approved the CPC ICT Hardware and Peripherals Equipment agreement and it is recommended on the ‘Find a DfE approved framework for your school’ website.
