An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Regional Procurement Advisor to join our growing organisation in the South of England. Based working from home you will be responsible for providing an advisory procurement service to our educational members based in and around London, South East, East Anglia & East Midlands regions.
Crescent Purchasing Limited (CPL Group) is comprised of three not-for-profit procurement organisations: Crescent Purchasing Consortium, Tenet Education Services and Tenet Procurement Services, with an excellent reputation in the Education sector. We are proud to provide our Colleges, Academies, Universities and Schools members with specialist advice on best procurement practices and obtaining best value for money. CPC are a purchasing consortium, owned and run by the FE sector. We provide our members with specialist advice on best spending practices and how to obtain best value for money. Our main purpose is to produce EU-tendered purchasing frameworks. CPC frameworks cover a wide variety of products and services, and our aim is to continue to develop this portfolio in line with our members' needs.
Working within CPC part of the CPL Group, your main duties will include undertaking college, schools, academy visits to provide advice, guidance and promote the benefit of utilising CPC frameworks and Group services. The role will also work within a growing communications and engagement team who are responsible for promoting and improving the reputation of the Group to be a procurement partner of choice for the education sector. You will also be involved in attending and presenting at regional Procurement Advisory Group Further Education (PAG FE) meetings and Academy show events and providing purchasing training to our members.
