Data Centre Equipment & Infrastructure framework arrives

Published

By CPC Helpdesk

Expanding CPC's selection of ICT & Telecoms purchasing agreements, we are happy to confirm NEUPC's Data Centre Equipment and Infrastructure framework is now ready to be utilised, having gone live in mid-February.

This framework's scope offers a compliant route to market for the provision of the supply, installation, management, maintenance and disposal of data centre equipment and data centre infrastructure - including design and consultancy.

The maintenance, management, disposal and recycling of existing data centre equipment and infrastructure is also included within its remit.

An institution might use this framework to procure equipment and infrastructure including uninterrupted power supplies (UPS), cooling equipment, generators, gas & fire suppression systems, cabinets and building management equipment, as well as much more.

Additional information and clarification of the framework's scope can be found on its dedicated page here.

The framework agreement itself will go by the full title of Supply, Installation and Management of Data Centre Equipment and Infrastructure.

Recently awarded as a result of a tender exercise, we are pleased to confirm the successfully appointed suppliers for this framework available at present to CPC members as 2BM Ltd., Sudlows Ltd., Upnorth Engineering Services Ltd (trading as UNG Data Centres) and Workspace Technology Ltd. Please keep an eye out on the website for additional suppliers, who will be added to the framework page once the relevant documentation has been returned.

The agreement will run until 13th February 2026, with an optional, two-year extension facility in place.

For further discussion of this framework, contact Contract Manager, Lisa O’ Shea, via 0161 974 0947 or [email protected]
