Invitation to Tender for Security Services framework

The Invitation to Tender (ITT) for our new Security Staffing and Associated framework has been published on MultiQuote (project ref CA13538).

To gain a place on the framework it is mandatory that suppliers can either self-deliver or sub-contract the following services as part of a security services contract, or as a stand-alone service, if requested:

• Manned Guarding Services
• Mobile Security Patrols
• Key Holding & Alarm Response
• Locking and Unlocking Services

There may be a requirement from members at call-off stage for suppliers to undertake security services in the following areas (this list is not exhaustive) as part of a security services contract, or as a stand-alone service, if requested.

These potential requirements are non-mandatory and are categorised as “non-core” services. These non-mandatory areas may include, but not be limited, to:

• Remote CCTV Monitoring and Managment
• Event Security
• Canine Detection Service
• Security Review & Consultations
• Security Screening Applications

Please can all members inform their incumbent suppliers to express an interest in the opportunity and download the tender documentation.

Completed tenders should be returned by 5pm on Friday 5th April 2024.
