ICI Akzonobel (more commonly known as Dulux) are currently going through some internal changes which will see some changes made to Dulux accounts. Dulux accounts of CPC member institutions will cease to function as of 1st January 2020.

Ian Gisbourne provided us with the following information -

“Due to some internal changes, we will need to close all accounts by the 31st December 2019. As part of this process you will be contacted to discuss whether you would like to open a new account. This will involve replying to an e-mail to accept the new terms and conditions (which are virtually the same as previous, but from a new legal entity). As part of this process, you will be given a new account number. If you choose to open a new account all pricing, credit limits and payment terms will remain the same, but you will only be able to purchase your paint and accessories from the Dulux Decorator Centres. Please note that all accounts will be automatically closed at the end of the year and if you need to purchase paint using the CPC agreed rates in 2020, you will need to open a new account with the DDC. To avoid having to do this, please can we ask that you speak to our representative when they call to arrange the transfer. All current invoices will need to be paid as they are currently."
