CCS Media Develop New IT Sales Apprenticeship

CCS Media are one of our suppliers on the Office Supplies framework and Desktop Hardware framework and they have provided the following information about their apprenticeship programs.

CCS Media's ethos is to train and develop people into a full time, knowledgeable, employee by the end of their course. They also offer Work Shadowing placements to students who can visit their offices and see how a £150m per annum turnover company is managed on a daily basis. The work shadowing schemes last anywhere from one day, to a few weeks or months.

They have recently co-developed an IT Sales Apprenticeship program that is set to intake 70 new apprentices per annum over the next 4 years. Significant time and financial resources (£120,000 per annum) have been committed to ensuring the next generation of CCS Media Account Managers receive the highest level of training and development.

The education focus through apprenticeship programs has already received extensive applause within the business and technology sector. This has seen the London Stock Exchange (LSE) recently listing CCS Media in their 1000 Companies to Inspire Britain Report 2016.
