All contracts with Ocean Integrated Services novated to Kingdom Security Services Ltd

It has come to our attention that members may have been informed that Ocean Integrated Services have gone into administration, which will be a concern to members working with them. Whilst Ocean Integrated Services have gone into administration, Kingdom Security Services Ltd acquired the company on 8 June 2016 with the intention of continuing to support existing contractual relationships. CPC have been in discussions with Kingdom Security Services Ltd regarding the potential novation to them of the framework places previously let to Ocean Integrated Services, we are pleased to be able to update members on this process and it's outcome.

To ensure compliance with Regulation 72 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, Kingdom were assessed against the selection criteria that was used in the original tender and they have successfully passed. What this means for our members is that all contracts with Ocean Integrated Services on the Building Cleaning Services framework and the Mechanical, Electrical and Building Fabric Maintenance Services framework have been fully novated to Kingdom Security Services Ltd, who will continue to provide a service to you under the framework terms and conditions.
