Temporary and Permanent Staffing Framework Extended

CPC has received a high number of clarification requests during the current tender process, despite having completed a significant level of pre-market engagement prior to launching the tender. As a consequence of the number of clarification requests received and in the interests of ensuring that any resultant framework meets the requirements of members and the supply base, we have taken the decision to terminate the existing process. Having sought legal advice, we will be extending our Temporary and Permanent Staffing Framework until 28th May 2018 so that an agreement is in place whilst the re-tender process is undertaken. A new OJEU contract notice will be issued during the first week of March 2018. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, however, we are certain that the replacement framework will deliver excellent value for members.
