Brand New CPC Framework Agreement for Paint

We are pleased to announce a brand new Paint and Decorating Supplies framework launched on 1st September 2018. The new framework acts as a one-stop-shop for all paint and decorating related consumables. The framework will run for an initial two years until 31st August 2020, with the potential for two further one-year extensions until 31st August 2022.

We are pleased to announce that following the completion of the EU tender process for Paint and Decorating Supplies, the following suppliers were successful:

• Crown Paints Limited
• ICI Paints Akzonobel
• PPG Architectural Coatings UK Ltd

This new framework has been developed following an assessment of the CPC Construction, Workshop and Estates Supplies framework which expired on 31st August 2018. We assessed the agreement before it expired to ensure that the next instance would cover all our members’ requirements. Following the assessment we ascertained that Lot 2 for Paint would better serve our members as a standalone framework agreement.

Further details relating to the Construction, Workshop and Estates Supplies tendering process will be released shortly. Members are encouraged to ask their incumbents to check the CPC Contracting Pipeline regularly to ensure that the opportunity is not missed once it becomes available.
