Steve Haines is in the third year of his Tenet career and has helped support Coleg y Cymoedd and NPTC Group in Wales, as detailed in his A Day in the Life feature, which examined his varied role and what consultants like Steve can bring to a institution, in terms of providing possibly invaluable procurement support.

Jay Beedie was working with AECC University College, Farnborough College of Technology and Barnet & Southgate College when we caught up earlier in the year, and he was keen to underscore his focus on helping institutions achieve value for money, while giving back to the students of today and tomorrow; values reflected by the CPL Group's Giving Back charitable initiative, which opened a one-month funding application window in November (see closing details within).

Eve Metcalfe meanwhile exerts her expertise Tenet's On Demand team, where she now operates as a procurement manager, having worked on numerous projects in 2023. In total, the On Demand department carry out over 300 tenders a year, with the turnkey nature of their services helping inexperienced buying staff or institutions without a dedicated procurement team to offload some of their procurement woes and get back to enjoying their core roles in the classroom.
