Members can now confirm their spot at this April's PAG meetings, seizing networking opportunities and the chance to shape the future of CPC.
Supported by CPL Learning and our Regional Procurement Advisors (RPA), PAGs work by way of regional representatives, who bring their own discussion points and ideas to help drive change and cement best practice. These meetings are free to attend and we encourage input to help shape what is featured.
For more information on PAG events, speak to your local RPA or contact [email protected]. The RPAs can also support members with joining instructions.
Here are meetings scheduled for April 2024 (10am starts, unless stated):

Yorkshire & Humberside: Tuesday 16th April, REGISTER HERE
Midlands: Wednesday 17th April, REGISTER HERE
East Anglia: Tuesday 23rd April, REGISTER HERE (10.30am)
North East: Wednesday 24th April, REGISTER HERE (10.30am)
Wales & South West: Thursday 25th April, REGISTER HERE (10.30am)
These were preceded by the North West PAG, which took place on Wednesday 13th March at CPC's Salford HQ.
"The next regional PAGs will be something a little different, and we want your input", said CPC's Learning & Development Lead, Mark Pearson.
"We'll focus on what's new in the 2024 procurement regulations and what CPC thinks are the key issues for members, such as increasing transparency, additional notice publications, KPIs/contract management, procurement pipelines and many more.
"You can influence the outcomes of the meeting, by discussing those elements for which you have most concerns.
"Hopefully you will receive a steer to take back to your school, MAT or college.
"This is a valuable opportunity to share information, knowledge and best practice, and an opportunity to ask fellow PAG members how they are approaching the forthcoming changes, share learning experiences and discuss what’s on your radar in the next six months.
"Please bring questions you would like to ask at the meeting, the answers to which will help you deliver best procurement practice within your institution and be willing to share your experiences.
"CPC exists to support its members, so whether you simply want to understand more about the support available to you, the 2024 changes that will have the greatest effect on your organisation, or simply want to share your concerns, we can help".
