New Student Transport DPS live for CPC members

Published

By Keeley Blackburn

We are delighted to announce our long-awaited Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Student Transport Services is now live for members' use.

The DPS has been divided into regional lots to enable members to engage the services of suitably qualified and experienced service providers in their area.

As always, there is a user guide and further template documentation to assist you when calling off from the DPS.

Please note that we need your help and would like to ask you to speak to your incumbent student transport provider to encourage them to be part of the DPS, so they are able to bid for any opportunities that may arise, be they from yourself, or any other educational institution based in your region.

The application window will remain open until 5th February 2029.

The DPS is being managed through the MultiQuote platform (project ref: CA13292); interested suppliers will need to create an account for their organisation (if not already set up) and then navigate to the opportunity using the project reference via the 'Opportunity Search' tool on the dashboard. Once located, they will then need to download and complete the 'Invitation to Participate (ITP)' document. After completion, upload all documentation to the portal and click 'Submit'. Bidders should take note of the checklist included within the ITP document and ensure all necessary documentation has been submitted with their application (failure to submit in accordance with the checklist may result in their application being rejected or delayed).

If you have any further queries on the Student Transport Services DPS, please do not hesitate to contact Keeley Blackburn, Procurement Manager, via 0161 974 0964 or [email protected]
