CPC is now able to offer our 9,500+ membership a dedicated Waste Management Services buying framework, facilitating institutions' access to sustainable waste management services, while delivering an efficient and compliant route to market.
The London Universities Purchasing Consortium (LUPC) is the contracting authority for this particular agreement, but we are pleased to confirm that all CPC members may also access and benefit from the new framework, assisting their institution in compliantly procuring their waste management services/solutions.
The framework has been split into five lots, so users can appoint specific to their waste stream needs, or engage a total waste management approach.
The agreement is additionally designed to encourage suppliers to implement sustainability best practice within their everyday business operations, with sustainability built into the procurement process and specification.
The ability for suppliers to indicate their regional coverage against each lot has also enabled the inclusion of some localised suppliers lacking UK coverage.
Further information is available on the framework webpage, within the User Guide and other associated documents, or you can alternatively contract the framework manager, Michelle Newcombe, who would be more than happy to discuss your requirements and how we can help you to procure compliantly.
